These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”) operated on behalf of PhOligo by its authorized affiliate. The brand owner and authorized distributor in the Philippines is Gramworth Enterprises Inc. (“PhOligo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, placing an order, or browsing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the Site.
To place an order, you must register or log in. You agree to provide accurate and current information, and to keep your password secure. You remain responsible for any activity under your account.
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and prices but do not guarantee error-free listings. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update pricing, correct errors, and adjust product details at any time, without notice.
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s). We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or fraud concerns.
You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received, including the order details. Please note that this confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance.
Order acceptance occurs only when we ship out the product(s), at which point you will also receive a shipping confirmation email.
All payments are processed securely through HitPay. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the order total. In case of failed or disputed payment, the order may be automatically canceled and delivery withheld
Prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and inclusive of applicable VAT. Shipping fees, if any, will be detailed during checkout. We reserve the right to revise prices at any time.
We ship exclusively within Metro Manila via J&T Express. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to peak seasons, force majeure, courier delays, or address inaccuracies.
Defective/Incorrect Items: Report within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos, description).
Return Process: Contact us at orders@pholigo.ph or +63 906 436 3874. Returns are subject to inspection and approval.
Refunds: Processed within 7–14 working days after approval, via the original payment method.
Order Cancellations: Accepted before shipment; refunded within 7 business days. No cancellations after shipment.
All content—including trademarks, logos, icons, images, text, and software—is the property of PhOligo or its licensors. No right is granted to use our IP without prior written consent.
You are prohibited from:
Misrepresenting your identity
Posting harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content
Attempting to interfere with or damage the Site
Violations may result in account suspension or legal action

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the product(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
