We currently ship exclusively within Metro Manila via our official logistics partner, J&T Express.

Ship-Out Schedule:

  • Orders placed Monday to Thursday are shipped out the next day.

  • Orders placed from Friday to Sunday are shipped out on Monday.

Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days from ship-out, depending on your specific location. Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Please double-check your shipping address and contact number to avoid issues or failed deliveries. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and photos of the product. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Depending on the reason, return shipping costs may be shouldered by the customer. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
